Return Process

  Securely pack the unused beauty items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
